Shipping methods

PROADHESIVE offers different shipping methods depending on the area where the products purchased by the customer are to be shipped:

  • Shipments to Spain. Customers who wish to receive their products in Spain are offered two shipping methods:

    • Regular mail.
      The regular mail shipping method is included free of charge on all orders. The shipment is made by ordinary letter and does not have a tracking number. In the event that the postal service could not locate the customer due to an error in the shipping address, the products will be forwarded back to PROADHESIVE and we will contact the customer to find the necessary solution so that they can receive their products. The delivery times for the shipping method by ordinary mail are 3 to 10 days depending on the address of the recipient of the products.
    • Certified mail.
      The shipping method by registered mail is included free of charge on orders over € 30. In orders of less than € 30, the customer will have the option of contracting this shipping method during the process of finalizing the purchase of their products. The shipment is made by registered letter with a tracking number to be able to control its status and location at all times. This tracking number will be provided to the client so that he can know the status of the shipment of his products. The delivery times for the method of shipping by certified mail are from 3 to 10 days depending on the address of the recipient of the products.
  • Shipments outside of Spain.
    Shipments outside of Spain will be made by certified mail in order to have a tracking number for the shipment.

At PROADHESIVE we are responsible for delivering the products purchased by our customers. All orders are shipped from our center in Seville, Spain.

Delivery times

The products that you can purchase at PROADHESIVE are personalized and therefore unique. This fact implies that we cannot have stock to ship immediately after receiving your order.

When you buy your products, they enter the design phase in which we prepare them to be printed. The design phase does not require more than a few hours, however the next phase, the printing phase, requires more time, approximately a week.

Once we have printed your designs and physically have your stickers or paddle paddle protectors, the order enters the shipping phase to its recipient, that is, you the customer. The delivery time of shipments can vary from 3 to 10 days depending on the final address of the client.

Therefore, the delivery times of our products are usually two weeks. We will always try to reduce this period as much as possible.

Refund and warranty policy

In the event that when you receive your products, they have been damaged during transport or contain design or manufacturing errors, please inform us of this by writing an email to [email protected] attaching a photograph of the damaged products and these will be replaced with new ones. This policy will not apply to products that have already been used by the customer.

Once the product has entered the printing phase, its design cannot be modified or canceled by the customer.
If the customer wishes to cancel his order once it has entered the printing phase, he may do so by assuming the printing costs of his products that will depend on the type of said products and their number of units.
If the order has not yet entered the printing phase and the client wishes to modify any characteristic of its design, they can do so by writing an email to [email protected].
