Proadhesive is not responsible for incomplete addresses by the customer.
Shipments outside Spain – All shipments outside Spain will be made with a registered letter to have an order tracking number at all times.
Proadhesive always takes responsibility for delivery to their respective customers.
We have 2 types of shipments.
- Certified mail. This mail service is included in orders between € 20 and € 40. The customer will have the option to contract this service if he deems it convenient. It is sent through a letter with a tracking number to check at all times your shipping status. This tracking number will be given to the customer to control delivery. With this service we avoid losses of documentation that can alter the course of delivery of an order. The delivery times in is type of mail are 3 to 10 maximum days always taking into account the shipping location.
- Messaging. It is the fastest and most expensive service we have for delivery. This is done in the client’s hand. The agency we hire for this service is Envialia. It is mandatory in the form to enter the mobile number to improve delivery management by our transport agency. We are currently working with the Envialia messaging company.
